Last afternoon, when we come to the workshop, we are attacked by a strong cool wind which turns out to be the ice cakes. Though it’s hot outside, we just couldn’t feel it at all inside. The staff Zhouhong said, every year from July, every workshop is equipped with the “tailor-made” ice cake.
