Quanxing conducts salesman training to improve customer satisfaction.

In recent years, accompanying with Quanxing’s rapid development, the Host kit and marketing customer number is fast growing. At the end of May, Quanxing got 30 Host kits and 300 customers.

To implement Quanying’s service principle and requirement,

Enhance the service quality and customer satisfaction, Quanxing carried out the internal training of salesman in national scope.

The training contains the problems and solutions towards customer service satisfaction which falls into two periods: one is learning, discussion, improvement and written examination; the other is statistics, return visit, check effect, and consolidate the achievement.

The first period end in May 31, the second period is on the way, the training is quite beneficial to the development of Quanxing Group.
